"Trustworthy and friendly__We were looking to buy our first brass instrument. Keifer's had one but for a beginner it was a little out of our price range. We found one elsewhere but, Keifer's didn't bat an eyelash at looking it over (free) to make sure it was good.__They did some minor work on it (less then $100) and even sold us a case at a big discount.__They took the time to explain how to care for and clean it (again free).__We are using Keifer's for all of our instrument needs from now on (they have all kinds of instruments)."
